Traditional advertising vs. Interactive advertising:

This is a true story from floods in Mumbai where an Aircel advertisement saved dozens of lives.

Intelligent operating models vs. legacy models:
Same airplanes, (Airbus/Boeing) same destinations, same air, same jet fuel, same service (ok, First class is different) but totally different approaches.

With technology vs. without technology:

Make an impression vs. pass on your contact details
So many ways to share your name, e-mail, phone and address. Why not do it with style?

Possibilities:

Advertising, airlines, bridges, business cards; multiple people/companies doing the same thing, but completely differently. Michelangelo describes the 'better' solution for each of these in three simple quotes:

"If people knew how hard I worked to get my mastery, it wouldn't seem so wonderful at all."

"The marble not yet carved can hold the form of every thought the greatest artist has."

"Carving is easy, you just go down to the skin and stop."

Having a meeting is the default. Sending and e-mail or timeline is the default. Change the default.
