Solutions:
+ Get rid of the terrible Musak that dominates public spaces. Let the users control it! Try using the office play list as a way to encourage collaboration among co-workers, without forcing it via a work deadline.
+ Extend user profiles, so if a person logs in, it should access their Pandora account, or Apple iTunes account to make the experience even more customized without user action.
