A Case For Making Training Relevant and Nimble Using Organizational Network Analysis

Written by Meredith Klein | May 23, 2017 9:05:46 PM

We were challenged by a Fortune 100 Organization (F1O) who operate in a rapidly changing industry, to help make training more relevant and nimble for their 25,000 employees. Their goal was to improve their High Potential Leadership and Development programs, without incurring additional costs, in order to address the ever-changing business landscape in which they found themselves.

While they had dappled in a multitude of innovative solutions over the years, nothing had helped to improve and sustain the critical measures they were looking for across the board.

Leveraging our holistic offering, we used social and organizational network analysis, designed around the data, to provide practical solutions for easy implementation. By helping F1O identify each person’s networking journey, we allowed participants to learn and connect in strategic areas of interest as well as expand their networks.

The Results:

Across the board, all metrics of corporate and development training programs went up double digits year-over-year (with no other program changes). From overall quality of class programming to applicability of learnings in workplace, the Collaboration.Ai + F1O partnership was considered a success and continues to be expanded across the organization.
