In this model, I would buy or rent a personal server that would collect and house my QS data from all of my devices. This might be a physical device I plug in at home, or it may be a server I rent on Amazon or Linode. This personal server would be responsible for storing and backing up all of my data. It may or may not actually have a user interface for viewing the data, most importantly it has an API for getting data in and out.
