How We Do It
We use methodologies from design thinking and data science to gather “Human Centered Data” to inform our actions and solutions. Our goal is to design a data driven and human centered 21st century workplace and culture. We will be experimenting, designing and testing everything from cultural practices such as recognition and communication, to leadership development and innovation workshops, to internal products and tools that help us collaborate, communicate and foster creativity.
